FOXIFIT understands that it can be a burden to pay extra for shipping. That is why we offer ONE standard (low rate) $5.99 shipping fee to anywhere in the United States.  Regardless of how many products are ordered or weight of the shipment, we guarantee the same flat rate! Happy Shopping :)

Oh No! Please contact us immediately at: support@foxifit.com  or on our "Contact Us" page  if you have accidentally inputed an incorrect address at checkout.  We recommend to contact the postal service and let them know to return the package to sender or set up a forwarding address if this happens to you. 


 FOXIFIT is not responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.  If your package tracking states Returned to Sender, Undelivered or Returned to Origin (RTO)  please contact us for steps to retrieve/re-send your package. We will offer re-shipment if the parcel arrives back at our warehouse. 


You will be charged a $7 re-shipment fee if the package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address at checkout.  You will not be charged a fee if the error is corrected prior to shipment. 



Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions: 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • In unused and resellable condition.
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact. If tags have been removed the items do not qualify for a refund.
  • Any damaged items that have signs of wear and do not conform with FOXIFITs return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
  • Once your return has been approved please allow 5-7 days for processing. We will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment only. We cannot refund original shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be sent out or refund to be reflected in your account
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges. Please refer to our shipping policy section for shipping instructions.

Oh no! We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase!  FOXIFIT values are customers and we are happy to assist you in the returns or exchange process. If you are unsatisfied with your items due to sizing, we would be happy to exchange for the same style and color. Please read our policies below for more details!

  • Please read our policies in "do you accept returns" and "can I exchange" articles to make sure you qualify for a return or exchange
  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • You must visit the returns center to start the returns or exchange process. Please do NOT ship your parcel to the address on the package as it will not be returned to the correct facility and could delay or prevent a return. 
  • FOXIFIT is not responsible for items returned prior to completing the steps described to initiate a return. 

·      A shipping label will be provided via returns portal. 

·      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted once your return is delivered and inspected by the warehouse. We always recommend to place insurance/tracking on the return package for proof of return and for obtaining tracking information as FOXIFIT is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. 

·      Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

·      Refunds are in the form of original payment only. 

·      We cannot refund original shipping charges. 

·      Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be sent out or refund to be reflected in your account.

Lots of ways! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and a Text notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email. You can also track your order on our “Track your Order” page on our website

We are sorry to hear you received a damaged item and know how frustrating that can be. If you believe you have received a defective product, prior to returning the item, please email us within 7 days of the delivered date with an image of the defect and your order number for review at: support@foxifit.com 

Our returns department has a separate address and you should NOT ship your parcel to the address on the package. Once your return is approved we will send an email with a shipping label and instructions. The customer is not responsible for shipping costs on damaged items.
